Feeling like a brick hit my face in.
Probably the only thing keeping me going is the fact that right now isn't the time to give up.
So today's featured band is Galneryus..... lol, yes another Japanese band ^_^. Ok so these boys belong under the banner of Power Metal -> Neoclassical Metal. Not too long ago Yama-B (the lead singer) left the band. So the makeup of the band today is very different from before. New singer vs. old singer? Sho does a good job. Ceteris paribus Yama-B and Sho are the same, but musically I prefer the direction with Yama-B. With that said, the main highlight of this band is without a doubt the guitarist, Syu. Everyone makes fun of the Japanese for having robot-like precision and robot-like emotion. Syu is nothing of the sorts. Live he hits notes with an accuracy I've never seen in any other musician. And without that no one plays an epic solo like Syu does. It's just ridiculous.

Well anyways, another band down, another one to find and enjoy. One day I'll look back at this and be able to look through these bands and remember the great memories they have created for me.
